Section 58 Notice of Substantial Street Works

• Three months advance notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to carry out substantial street works:
• The street in which these works will take place is: B4005 Junction 16 Motorway South East to Wharf Road Wroughton (Hay Lane) Lydiard Tregoze
• The work is expected to affect the Carriageway of:  B4005 Junction 16 Motorway Southeast to Wharf Road Wroughton (Hay Lane) Lydiard Tregoze – Grid reference Eastings 410225, Northings 182744 to Eastings 410900, Northings 182311.
• Work is expected to commence on 5 March 2012 and the restriction will come into force on the 12 March 2012.
• The works notified will include the following: Resurfacing of the carriageway, installation of road markings and adjustment of ironworks.
• Subject to the exemptions in the Act and Regulations under it, no road or street works may be executed for a period of three years from completion of the works described in Paragraph 5 without the consent of the said highway authority, which is not to be reasonably withheld.

• The work is expected to affect the Carriageway of: A420 Bristol Road Allington Crossroads Chippenham Without – Grid reference Eastings 389368, Northings 174617 to Eastings 389886, Northings 174560. C180 Sheldon Corner North to Allington Village Chippenham Without – Grid reference Eastings 389562, Northings 174469 to Eastings 389661, Northings 174710.
• Work is expected to commence on 26 March 2012 and the restriction will come into force on the 23 April 2012.
