Entrance charges of 20p per person are required for use of the two attended facilities in Salisbury Market Place and Central Car Park.
Public Conveniences – Statement of Service
Public conveniences are managed and maintained to a high standard and in a cost-effective manner. Low energy lighting and water and energy conservation measures are in use in all units.
Disabled toilet facilities are available at 10 sites using the national key scheme operated by RADAR. link to toilets for the disabled.

Our public conveniences are managed in partnership with Inter Public Urban Systems Limited from Telford.
Interpublic cleansing teams ensure our ten public conveniences are kept to award-winning standards throughout the district. These conveniences are located at:

- Church Street, Melksham
- St Margaret's, Bradford on Avon
- Station Car Park, Bradford on Avon
- Warminster Park
- Central Car Park, Warminster
- High Street, Westbury
- Warminster Road, Westbury
- Trowbridge Park
The toilets at Station Car Park, Bradford on Avon have won the national category award for Non-Attended Public Toilets. We have also won the Innovation Award for Cleaning and Cleaning Management 2003 / 2004. We are 6th in the national Premier league for Public Toilet Awards.
This means that residents and visitors to West Wiltshire benefit from some of the most up-to-date facilities in the country.
