Wiltshire Council requires all Operators and their staff, when working on Wiltshire Council Passenger Transport contracts to observe all Laws and regulations in regards to their own and passengers safety. As part of this requirement Wiltshire Council expects all Operators to operate to best practice and to enable Operators to achieve this we have provided a list of relevant documents and links to sites where they can be obtained free of charge.

Operators should read and act on the following documents available from the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) website:

Operators of all wheelchair assessible vehicles should ensure that all drivers have read and understood the following document.

Operators of all wheelchair assessible vehicles with lifts should also ensure that all drivers have read and understood the following document.
