All planning appeals must be made in writing.
Appeals can be submitted against the decisions of the council for the following reasons:
- Where permission has been refused.
- Where the council has failed to give a decision on an application within the statutory time-frame.
- Where permission has been granted but the applicant is unhappy with the conditions that have been imposed.
- A Planning Enforcement Notice has been served.
