The Wiltshire and Swindon Aggregate Minerals Site Allocation Development Plan Document (DPD) will provide detailed local expression to the Minerals Core Strategy in terms of formally identifying land for future aggregate mineral working and aggregate recycling facilities.
Proposed Submission Draft Aggregate Minerals Site Allocations DPD
The Proposed Submission draft Aggregate Minerals Site Allocations Development Plan Document (DPD) sets out firm proposals for locating new sand and gravel sites across the Plan area of Wiltshire and Swindon.
The draft plan represents the final key document within the current Wiltshire and Swindon Minerals and Waste Development Framework and has been prepared to supplement the adopted Minerals Core Strategy. It identifies sites that the councils believe have the best potential to deliver sufficient sand and gravel resources to meet requirements until 2026.
