If you wish to apply for a primary school place in Wiltshire for entry in September 2009, you can do this by applying online from 1 September 2008. Forms are also available from primary schools, pre-schools or a paper copy can be taken from the related document column on the right of this page. Alternatively you can contact the Customer Care Unit on 01225 713010 or email customercare@wiltshire.gov.uk
Details of Service
If you wish to apply for a primary school place outside of Wiltshire, you should complete the application form produced by the Local Authority responsible for the school.
Families living outside of Wiltshire should complete the common application form produced by Wiltshire County Council if they wish for their children to attend a Wiltshire maintained primary school.
