Choose from the different types of disruptions from the options below. By searching for postcode or street name, you can see what type of disruption may affect a specific area.

You can search by specific date, by looking at the next 24 hours, next seven days or all available dates.

To see planned works you will need to deselect the 'current disruptions' check box.

More detail is available by clicking on the links; either on the location name or opting to see the location of the disruption on a map.

Please note:

The trunk roads that run through Wiltshire (A303, A36, A417 and A419) and the M4 are operated and maintained by Highways England. For details of works on these roads please refer to the Highways England Interactive Map or their text based report

Section 58 Notices

Map symbols are colour coordinated to show the likely severity of impact on the road network. This is determined by the type of traffic management used for the roadworks, the location, and timing of the works.

Severe road works symbol Moderate severity road works symbol Slight severity road works symbol
Severe - multi-way temporary signals, lane closure or full road closure. Moderate - Two way temporary signals or priority working.

Slight - Stop and go boards, or give and take.
