Road closures and FAQs

Armed Forces Day road closures in Salisbury on Saturday 29 June

Most of the Armed Forces Day National Event will be hosted on Hudson's Field in Salisbury, and many roads around the site will be affected by closures at various times over the weekend, from Friday 28-Sunday 30 June. Please see the full list of closures and times in this area below.

Further to this, a major part of the national celebrations will see a military parade through the city centre on the morning of Saturday 29 June, which is National Armed Forces Day. This will be a significant spectacle attracting thousands of people to the city and showcasing Salisbury nationally and internationally.

Many roads in Salisbury will be closed on Saturday 29 June for logistical and security reasons, from 6am until 2pm. This will affect some businesses and residents in the city, as vehicular access to their home or business may be restricted; this includes parking and deliveries.

Please see below for a full list of road closures and FAQs for businesses and residents.
