Transport complaints and problems

If you suspect that your child may be being bullied whilst travelling to or from school, report the matter to the school and to the Transport Support and Training Team within the Passenger Transport Unit. Transport Support and Training Team will request a drivers report, obtain CCTV evidence (if available) and a Bus Prefects report. The issues raised will then be investigated.

Contact the Transport Support and Training Team within Passenger Transport Unit and give details of your child’s transport with your specific concerns. Depending on the concerns raised, the Transport Support and Training Team will then implement a full investigation and take any necessary action to ensure that the concern is resolved in the shortest possible time.

If you live less than the 2 or 3 miles but you are concerned about the safety of children who may have to walk the route to school, help with transport may be provided in some instances. Please contact the Passenger Transport unit to discuss your case.

Please go to student services/school office and request a lost ticket form which includes a 2-week temporary pass.

Complete and send this form, together with a payment of £10.00 (cheque or PO payable to Wiltshire Council) to us.

Alternatively, payment can be made by credit or debit card over the phone on 0300 456 0100. Please obtain the student’s individual reference number from Passenger Transport before making the payment.

Pleae send your bus pass back to the Passenger Transport Unit, so that it can be cancelled.

Refunds may be given depending on when the returned pass is received.
