Before you apply

Before you make an online application and name your preferred schools you are strongly advised to have considered how you will get your child to your preferred school(s).

If you think you will need help with the cost of transport, it is important to check whether or not there is any entitlement to free or subsidised transport at an early stage in deciding which school you wish your child to attend.
