- All schools can improve and have the opportunity to access support for this improvement regardless of where they are on a school improvement continuum
- Each school’s self evaluation will be used to identify its strengths, areas for improvement and targets.
- School autonomy is respected, encouraged and empowered by appropriate LA strategies, rooted in transparent, open and honest dialogue.
- Support is matched to the needs of individual schools and negotiated with them to identify the most effective support available.
