Summary of Service
If you live in Wiltshire and wish to apply for a place at a state maintained school for entry in September 2009, you can do this by applying online from 1 September 2008. Forms will be distributed to year six pupils attending state maintained Wiltshire primary schools at the beginning of the autumn term and will also be available on request from secondary schools and the Customer Care Unit on 01225 713010 or by emailing customercare@wiltshire.gov.uk

If you live outside of Wiltshire, you should complete the common application form which has been produced by your own Local Authority even if you wish to apply for a school in Wiltshire.
If you live within Wiltshire and wish to apply for a school place outside of the County, you must complete the Wiltshire application form.
