Wiltshire council provides free home to school transport for some children who are under the age of 16 and who attend a local designated school. We also operate a subsidised transport scheme for Further Education students that are aged 16 - 19 at the start of their course and who are attending and living more than 3 miles from their designated sixth form or college.Close

Most buses in Salisbury buses are fitted with real time equipment that provide information to bus stops in the form of:
- Order of arrival
- The service number
- The bus destination
- The number of minutes until the bus is due (the countdown normally begins 20 minutes before the bus is due)

We operate a reimbursement scheme for bus operators allowing free travel to holders of the Wiltshire Bus Pass.

Damage to shelters
To report any damage to bus shelters such as broken glass, contact our highways department, who will pass the information on to the owner of the shelter.
