Westbury Bypass Public Inquiry

The inquiry has now concluded receiving evidence and stands adjourned to 8th October solely to hear closing speeches. No further new representations will be considered by the Inspectors. If any are received, these will be collated and forwarded to the Secretary of State but will not feature in the Inspectors' report.
Venue, Dates and Times
The Inquiry starts on Tuesday 17 June at 10.00 am and is scheduled for 24 days. The venue is the Laverton, Bratton Road, Westbury, BA13 3EN. Following the formal closure of the Inquiry, the Inspectors will submit their report with recommendations to the Secretary of State, who will make the final decision. The Inquiry will normally sit Tuesday to Thursday, 10am – 5pm with an hour for lunch and short breaks morning and afternoon and from 9.30 am to approximately 2.30 pm on Fridays.
