Summary

Piers Sadler, gave evidence on hydrogeology and contaminated land on behalf of the County Council and was cross- examined by the White Horse Alliance, Heywood PC and Mr Morland.  He was re-examined by Simon Randle and finally the Inspectors asked him some questions.
