Health trainer drop-in at Salisbury Library
Improve your health, make positive lifestyle changes!
Visit a health trainer at the library drop-in to pick up information and have an informal chat. We can also take your blood pressure at these drop-in sessions. No need to book, just turn up. Health trainers are not clinically trained but the results can provide an important indication if you have high blood pressure and you will be recommended to see your GP.
Do you want to improve your general wellbeing, build your self-confidence and motivation, eat healthier food and be a healthy weight, reduce or stop smoking, be more active or drink less alcohol?
A dedicated health trainer can assist you every step of the way in achieving and maintaining your goals. They can also help you find other services and activities. This service is for people aged 18+ and is free.
