Gainsborough ClosePoorNeutralWall and fence surrounding the maisonettes opposite the compound isn't safe, and the gate doesn't shut properly as its broke, too many kids who don't even live in the block keep messing around in the stairwells due to people putting sticks in the doors to stop them shutting properly.
Wagstaff WayPoorDissatisfiedWe have no lighting in the side carpark, it is pitch black in the evenings and you need a torch when going to your vehicle or when coming home in the evenings. Also I feel the maintenance of the car park is forgotten about, all the borders and trees are overgrown. The car park is tucked away and feel this may be why this is forgotten about.
Wagstaff WayPoorDissatisfiedTrailers dumped in parking spaces by council tenants friend that don't even live here! Camping trailer dumped 3 years back, also car with no tax dumped by people that have over four vehicles already. Private tenants parking in council bays, despite the signs, become aggressive. Rubbish dumped in alleys
Wagstaff WayVery Good Very SatisfiedI'd like to raise any requests to improve our parking system. The amount of Cars just started to grow to each property. I was thinking to paint the numbers on the bay. Maybe 2 spaces for each property, or create more space by concrete some muddy places. Thank you
Wagstaff WayGoodNeutralWhere I park my car is terribly overgrown with thorns and a bush. I do try to keep it cut back as much as possible, but it really needs a professional person to really cut it back to nothing. The land behind our fences is dreadful, it's all overgrown and impossible to reach to cut back. There is a massive lilac tree that's overhanging the garden and lots of thorns. The speed in which cars, bikes and motorbikes come through here is extremely scary, to the point I'm surprised no one has been knocked over.
