Section 58 - The Halve and Roundstone Street, Trowbridge

New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, Section 58, Notice of Substantial Road Works

1. three months advance notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to carry out substantial road works
2. works will affect the carriageways and footways of the following streets:
   1. The Halve, Trowbridge, from a point approximately 5 meters from its junction with Duke Street to its junction with Hilperton Road Roundabout. Coordinates: start X=385929 Y=158168 - end X= 385981 Y=158130
   2. Yerbury Street, Trowbridge, from its junction with Roundstone street for approximately 25 meters in a South Easterly direction. Coordinates: start X=385942 Y=158109 - end X=385951 Y=158088 
   3. Polebarn Road, Trowbridge, from its junction with Roundstone street for approximately 15 meters in a Southerly direction. Coordinates: start X=385874 Y=158042 - end X=385876 Y=158037
   4. Roundstone Street, Trowbridge, from its junction with Church Street to Hilperton Road Roundabout. Coordinates: start X=385982 Y=158117 - end X=385772 Y=158014
3. work commenced on 10 Feb 2025 and the restriction will come into force on the 18 July 2025
4. the works notified will include the following: carriageway and footway resurfacing and associated maintenance works
5. subject to the exemptions in the Acts and Regulations under it, no road or street works may be executed for a period of two years from completion of the works described in Paragraph 4 without the consent of the said highway authority, which is not to be unreasonably withheld
