Section 58 - B4039 and A420 Yatton Road Chippenham

New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, Section 58, Notice of Substantial Road Works

1. three months advance notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to carry out substantial road works
2. works will affect the entire carriageways of the following streets:
   1. A420 from a point approximately 90 meters west of its junction with the B4039 for approximately 250 meters in an Easterly direction. Coordinates: Start X=388173 Y=174839 End X=388302 Y=174854, to Start X=388330 End Y=174845
   2. B4039 from its junction with the A420 for approximately 90 meters in a north westerly direction. Coordinates: Start X=388197 Y=174910 to End X=388302 Y=174854
3. work is expected to commence on 11 June 2025 and the restriction will come into force on the 3 July 2025
4. the works notified will include the following: carriageway resurfacing and associated maintenance works
5. subject to the exemptions in the Acts and Regulations under it, no road or street works may be executed for a period of two years from completion of the works described in Paragraph 4 without the consent of the said highway authority, which is not to be unreasonably withheld
