New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, Section 58, Notice of Substantial Road Works

three months advance notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to carry out substantial road works
work is expected to affect the entire carriageway of: Pavenhill, Purton from its junction with the B4696 in an easterly direction for approximately 2140 meters to its junction with Restrop View. Coordinates: Start X=405667 Y=187628 to End X= 407802 Y=187571
work is expected to commence on 14 July 2025 and the restriction will come into force on the 25 July 2025
the works notified will include the following: carriageway resurfacing and associated maintenance works
subject to the exemptions in the Acts and Regulations under it, no road or street works may be executed for a period of two years from completion of the works described in Paragraph 4 without the consent of the said highway authority, which is not to be unreasonably withheld
