Customer information
Car parking limits are set to 3 hours parking between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, and will help to increase the number of spaces available to campus users. Special arrangements will be in place to support any clubs, group bookings or events that may be affected by this. Please contact us directly at the campus if you require support with this.
User information
Bookings for the campus can be made on our Leisure Hub (opens new window) page. Core members can book up to 10 days ahead, leisure card holders can book up to 7 days ahead, non-members can book up to 2 days ahead. Please note that our phone number has changed to 01225 712800
Bookings for the tennis courts can now be made online through the Lawn Tennis Association's (LTA) ClubSpark: LTA (opens new window) website. Courts are available during campus opening hours.
Locker usage: do not leave personal belongings overnight in the lockers. Staff are required to clear the building before closing and this includes opening any padlocked lockers to check the contents. Thank you.
Swimming sessions: lifeguards will blow a whistle five minutes before the end of every swimming session to enable them to clear the pool prior to the next session. Thank you for your understanding.
