Customer updates

Locker usage: please do not leave personal belongings overnight in the lockers. Staff are required to clear the building before closing and this includes opening any padlocked lockers to check the contents. Thank you.

Swimming sessions: lifeguards will blow a whistle five minutes before the end of every swimming session to enable them to clear the pool prior to the next session. Thank you for your understanding.

Bookings for the campus can be made on our Leisure Hub (opens new window) page. Core members can book up to 10 days ahead, leisure card holders can book up to 7 days ahead, non-members can book up to 2 days ahead. Please note that our phone number has changed to 01225 712800
