Responsible Authorities

Licensing Act 2003

Responsible authorities are public bodies that must be notified of new licence applications, reviews and other licensing functions. They are entitled to make relevant representations to the licensing authority in relation to the application for the grant, variation or review of such a licence. 

Depending on the type of licence application you're making, you may have to send a copy of your application to some or all of the responsible authorities on this list.

The ORIGINAL application and associated documents (i.e. plans, consent forms, right to work documents) and the required fee must be sent to the licensing authority at the address below:
