Section 58 - A4361, Winterbourne Bassett
New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 Section 58 Notice of Substantial Road Works
1. Three months advance notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to carry out substantial road works.
2. The street in which these works will take place is: A4361 Winterbourne Bassett. The work is expected to affect the entire carriageway of; A4361, Winterbourne Bassett; from a distance of approximately 460m south of its junction with Summers Lane for a distance of approximately 100m in a southerly direction. Coordinates - 410969,175669 to 410963,175632.
3. Work is expected to commence on 2nd March 2022 and the restriction will come into force on the 3rd March 2022
4. The works notified will include the following: Carriageway resurfacing and associated maintenance works.
5. Subject to the exemptions in the Acts and Regulations under it, no road or street works may be executed for a period of two years from completion of the works described in Paragraph 4 without the consent of the said highway authority, which is not to be unreasonably withheld.
