Do you support a 5% cap on future increases to the Salisbury City Council precept and a parish consultation if any proposed increase is larger than 5%?

General information

A parish poll is run slightly differently to an election, as the following statutory rules apply:

• polling hours are 4pm to 9pm
• in-person voting only
• no poll cards 
• no postal votes 
• no proxy voting 
• voter ID is not required
• the results of a parish poll are not legally binding
