Section 58 - Wolfhall Road, Burbage

New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, Section 58, Notice of Substantial Road Works

Three months advance notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to carry out substantial road works.
The street in which these works will take place is: Wolfhall Road, Burbage; The work is expected to affect the entire carriageway of; Wolfhall Road, Burbage; From approximately 600 meters from its junction with Eastcourt Road for approximately 555 meters in an eastern direction to the junction with Suddene Park Farm. Coordinates: 423895,161847 - 424340,161849
Work is expected to commence on 12/09/2023 and the restriction will come into force on the 14/09/2023.
The works notified will include the following: Carriageway resurfacing and associated maintenance works.
Subject to the exemptions in the Acts and Regulations under it, no road or street works may be executed for a period of two years from completion of the works described in Paragraph 4 without the consent of the said highway authority, which is not to be unreasonably withheld.
