Adult Social Care Emergency Fund:

• frontline emergency fund to support those facing increased household expense during winter months

Unpaid Carers:

• autumn and winter support payments for identified unpaid carers

Care Leavers:

• supermarket vouchers or help with energy bills to assist Wiltshire Council Tenants in financial crisis

• supporting food banks and Community Food Providers across the county

• a place to come for a warm space and warm drink in our libraries

• warm packs for people in need, distributed by our libraries

Gypsy, Roma, Traveller & Boater Communities:

• providing fuel and food vouchers and energy saving advice

Children who are Electively Home Educated or Permanently Excluded, who were eligible for FSM whilst on school roll during 2023
