Section 58 - B3105, Staverton

New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, Section 58, Notice of Substantial Road Works

1. Three months advance notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to carry out substantial road works.
2. The street in which these works will take place is: B3105 Staverton; The work is expected to affect the entire Carriageway of: B3105 Staverton from its junction with with Hammond Way to its junction with B3107 Bradford Road, coordinates 386174, 160202 - 384807, 161194.
3. Work is expected to commence on 7 May 2024 and the restriction will come into force on 2 June 2024.
4. The works notified will include the following: Carriageway resurfacing and associated maintenance works.
5. Subject to the exemptions in the Acts and Regulations under it, no road or street works may be executed for a period of two years from completion of the works described in Paragraph 4 without the consent of the said highway authority, which is not to be unreasonably withheld.
