Gypsies and Travellers Development Plan Document

Following Cabinet approval in October 2020^[footnote1] we proceeded to the Regulation 18 stage consultation^[footnote2] on the Gypsies and Travellers Development Plan Document. This took place from 13 January to 9 March 2021. 

This consultation was the first stage of public engagement, where we invited comments on the scope and our proposed approach to the plan. The outcomes informed the preparation of our draft plan, which was consulted on at the Regulation 19 stage from 20 August to 4 October 2024 (see: Regulation 19 consultation summer 2024).
