Wiltshire Council is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and you are expected to share this commitment by ensuring information within this system is accurate, accessed with due responsibly and need.
To protect the system and all of its users, any breach of these terms will be investigated and may result in the suspension of your account and further legal proceedings.
If you do not agree with these terms you should not proceed, but close your browser and contact the Local Authority or agency (dependent on delegated administration) that provided your account details for further information.
It is your responsibility to protect your password and prevent unauthorised access.
You should not share or divulge your password to anyone.
The sharing of user accounts is a security risk and you agree not to share your account or anyone else's account.
This system was created to facilitate the upkeep of records and appropriate sharing of information between various service providers and their clients.
The system is fully auditable allowing oversight of who is looking at what information and who is editing or deleting information.
Audit reports are regularly run and analysed.
Below is a sample list of actions which are considered serious and will be actively monitored:
- Unauthorised access to the system via another users account
- Accessing or attempting to access information which you do not have a business need to view
- Writing offensive messages or feedback
- Attempting to corrupt information stored in the database
