The Chippenham Town Centre Partnership Board is an unincorporated voluntary partnership which has been created to coordinate the regeneration of Chippenham town centre. The Board's overall strategic purpose is to deliver a step change in the economic vitality and growth of the town, identifying and enabling delivery of key strategic projects. The Board is advisory with a commitment of Board members to work together to shape Chippenham going forward.
The Board consists of the principal civic, community and commercial stakeholders with a shared interest in the economic success and vibrancy of Chippenham town centre; These include:

Public consultation on the One Plan for Chippenham
Residents and businesses were invited to share their views and ideas on the development of a new and comprehensive Town Centre Masterplan for Chippenham to help boost Chippenham's economy, enhance the environment and celebrate the town's heritage. The six-week consultation was held from Tuesday 25 April 2023 to 5pm on Tuesday 6 June 2023.

The main item for discussion on the agenda was the updated One Plan Consultation Report, the conclusions of which the Board resolved to support. Discussion was also had about the River Park Corridor project and the potential for providing amenity benefits whilst also maximising ecological benefits. It was agreed that correspondence will be sent out to Board Members to seek support from their organisations through their respective governance processes about the proposed way forward on the emerging River Park Corridor project.

The main item for discussion on the agenda was the outcome of the recent consultation on the 'Chippenham One Plan', which took place for 6 weeks between April and June 2023.
The Board agreed to provide feedback on the Consultation Output Report that was presented, so that a final version of this report can be issued in advance of the next Board meeting for endorsement as an accurate record of the One Plan Consultation process. This will enable the Consultation Output Report to be placed in the public domain and used by partner organisations to support the next steps.

The main item for discussion on the agenda was the proposed consultation process for the 'Chippenham One Plan' a delivery focused plan to support the economic regeneration of Chippenham Town Centre. This plan will be focused around a series of projects in the town centre that will be consulted on in the coming months. It is hoped the consultation will help shape these plans and economic regeneration priorities that will in turn support efforts to secure funding and deliver the projects.
The Board agreed to review a proposed consultation strategy presented at the Board and feedback comments to finalise an agreed consultation plan and programme.
