Neighbourhood planning referendums
There are nine Neighbourhood Plan Referendums and one Community Right to Build referendum taking place on Thursday 6 May 2021. These take place alongside the Police and Crime Commissioner Election, Wiltshire Council Unitary Election and Parish Council Elections. The Referendums will be for the following areas:
- Referendum on the Crudwell Neighbourhood Plan
- Referendum on the Hindon Neighbourhood Development Plan
- Referendum on the Lydiard Millicent Neighbourhood Plan
- Referendum on the Market Lavington Neighbourhood Plan
- Referendum on the North Bradley Neighbourhood Plan
- Referendum on the Seagry Parish Neighbourhood Plan
- Referendum on the Seend Parish Neighbourhood Plan
- Referendum on the Tockenham Neighbourhood Plan
- Referendum on The Winterbournes Neighbourhood Plan
- Referendum on the Freshford and Limpley Stoke Community Right to Build Order

How you can vote
- You can vote in person,
- Or can vote by voting@wiltshire.gov.uk to request a hard copy to be sent to you via post. You can return your completed postal vote application to us via email voting@wiltshire.gov.uk or via post: Electoral Services, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN (The deadline to register for a postal vote for the 6 May elections is 5pm on 20 April 2021) . You must fill out your postal vote application by hand as we require an 'actual' signature and not a digital signature. If you do not have printing facilities please email us at

If you would like to cancel an existing postal or proxy voting arrangement, you can use this form: voting@wiltshire.gov.uk or via post: Electoral Services, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN. The deadline to cancel or amend existing postal or proxy arrangements for the 6 May elections is 5pm on 20 April 2021.
