Shared Ownership properties

When properties are available through the Wiltshire Council Shared Ownership scheme they will be listed on this page. Detailed information about the scheme is available on the shared ownership page.

The standard access criteria for the scheme is as follows:

• allocation of a property will be subject to a pre-tenancy assessment including a financial assessment
• applicants will need to have a local connection to Wiltshire and be registered with Homes4Wiltshire (opens new window)
