Where an item costs over £15 to source we will seek to recover cost above £15 in addition to above out of county charge, e.g. costs £16 to source, charge will be £5.55 plus £1. Customers will be contacted to advise them if this additional charge will be payable and to check they wish to proceed.
Other than for fair wear and tear, the cost of replacing a library card is:

Commission
- all libraries where charges apply will take commission at 20% (including VAT) on all sales achieved during the period of the exhibition
- it is essential that exhibitors are made aware of this when the booking is arranged
- a VAT receipt should be given following payment
Hire of meeting rooms is subject to staff availability in all cases.

Charges assume that the hirer will set out and put away seating, tables and equipment required.
Surcharges
- a surcharge is made when use of the accommodation exceeds the agreed finish time by 15 minutes
- the surcharge is 100% of the charge made for the session
All charges will be subject to review.
Transportation of additional furniture for the meeting cost plus 20% plus VAT.
