Libraries - Health coaches

Health coaches work on a one-to-one basis to support healthy behaviour change.

The areas they can support you with are:

  • healthy eating
  • increasing physical activity
  • reducing or stopping smoking
  • reducing alcohol intake
  • emotional wellbeing

Health coaches offer six, one-hour sessions, to enable you to achieve your healthy lifestyle goals.
