Library meeting room hire
A number of libraries have rooms that can be hired out for meetings. All have free Wi-Fi access and are well located within the town or city.
If you would like more details or have an availability query, email libraryenquiries@wiltshire.gov.uk (opens new window) or view Library locations, opening times and mobile libraries for contact details. Prices can be found at library charges.
Many Wiltshire libraries without dedicated meeting space have space in their public areas for small displays, promotional stands or consultation events.
We have a duty to ensure that all people have access to council meetings, conferences and seminars. Guidance on organising accessible meetings.
