Join Wiltshire Council webinar to discuss moving up in school for SEND children

Wiltshire Council is inviting parents and carers of children with Special, Educational, Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to join a May webinar on how you can support your child through change.  

Whether a child is progressing from early years to primary, primary to secondary, or secondary to post-16 education, this session will offer helpful advice on how parents and carers can best support their child or young person during this important time.  

The webinar will discuss how to prepare children and young people for the changes ahead, where to find support if needed, and how schools can help ensure child and young people feel confident and ready for the next step in their education. 

The online meeting is scheduled for 20 May from 6pm to 7pm and will be held via Microsoft Teams. Participants are encouraged to download the Teams app in advance to ensure a smooth experience.  

If you wish to attend please sign up using the Moving up in School webinar Survey. Questions for the webinar can be added during the sign-up process. Please submit your questions by 5pm on Monday 19 May as any questions received after this date will not be answered in the webinar.
