A range of tennis programmes including family fun sessions and Tennis for a Tenner, will be taking place in Melksham on Tuesday 29 October and Wednesday 30 October between 10am-3pm.

The new courts in the Market Place have been funded as part of Wiltshire Council's campus programme.

The Tennis for a Tenner programme is a one day tennis holiday camp for young people aged 5 14 years, which is suitable for all regardless of previous experience. All equipment is provided and will be delivered by highly experienced coaches.

On Thursday 31 October, the courts will be open to the public as part of Melksham Town Council's Free Family Sport Roadshow Event. During the day there will be skill stations, challenges and games that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

For more information or to book a space on either programme, please contact Matt Pearson, Sports Development Officer via email sportsdevelopment@wiltshire.gov.uk (opens new window) or on 01225 770213.
