Carys Hughes, Team Leader at Bradbury Manor said: Working with individuals with learning disabilities is a profoundly rewarding experience. I cherish the opportunity to foster an environment where every person's unique strengths shine. Together, we celebrate achievements, overcome challenges, and inspire one another to grow. Every day, I'm reminded that with support and collaboration, we can create an inclusive and empowering community.

Cllr Jane Davies, Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care said: We know there are people considering a change in career who want to work somewhere they can make a real difference, in a role that is very rewarding. This open morning gives an opportunity for people to drop in, chat to the staff, meet the adults using the service and find out more about what it means to take on this important and fulfilling role.

Our families know their loved ones enjoy the time they spend at Bradbury Manor and that is down to our staff who provide activities in a fun and safe environment. We couldn't do this without them, and we need more people to take on this opportunity of working with people with learning disabilities.
