An additional online public webinar is being held this Saturday, 20 February 2021 at 11am, to provide a further opportunity for residents and businesses to find out more about the consultation on the Future Chippenham distributor road route options.
Philip Whitehead, Leader of Wiltshire Council, said: "This is the third in a series of webinar events about the consultation on possible road route options if sites come forward as part of the Local Plan Review process. The first two webinars gave a detailed insight into the Options Assessment Review process and the information used to inform the potential road route options being consulted on. This third event is being held in response to feedback from the first webinar requesting more time to ask the project team questions. It will provide an overview of the road route options, with an extended interactive question and answer session, providing more time to answer any questions from those attending the webinar.
"We continue to receive a lot of interest in this consultation so we would encourage people to join our webinar this weekend, have their questions answered so they can submit their views and any objections on the proposals using the online consultation form or by direct email to futurechippenham@wiltshire.gov.uk (opens new window) before 5pm on Friday 12 March 2021."
The live webinar will be broadcast via Microsoft Teams and people interested in attending can register via Eventbrite (opens new window). Once registered a link will be sent to access the webinar.
Questions about the Future Chippenham distributor road route options consultation can be submitted in advance by emailing futurechippenham@wiltshire.gov.uk (opens new window) stating 'Questions for webinar 20 Feb' in the heading.
All the webinars are being recorded and will be made available on the council's YouTube channel.
Questions and answers from the webinars will also be available after the events on Future Chippenham.
