The Wiltshire Wellbeing Hub hours are changing
Our Wiltshire Wellbeing Hub will continue to provide support from Monday to Friday, but is no longer running at weekends.
Following a review of its usage, we have changed the operating hours of the Wiltshire Wellbeing Hub, with it now running during weekdays and not weekends.
Following this week's introduction of the COVID-19 Tier 2 'high' restrictions, our Wiltshire Wellbeing Hub remains in place from Monday to Friday for those people who may need additional support.
The hub was originally set up at the start of the pandemic in March 2020. Anyone can access the hub who maybe struggling during this difficult time, such as those who are self-isolating or don't have a support network around them or know where to get help.
People can call the hub Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm on 0300 003 4576 or email email@example.com. The opening hours will continue to be regularly reviewed, and we will notify people of any changes to these in a timely way.
Cllr Philip Whitehead, Leader of Wiltshire Council said:
The hub has continued to provide vital support to our communities during the past nine months. It's reassuring the hub has not been in as much demand over the weekend as that demonstrates people are getting the support they need.
We know the lead up to Christmas will be particularly challenging this year, so we want to remind everyone that our team is still on hand and ready to help if you need any support or guidance.
There is also a lot of key information about the support available on the GOV.UK website and our own web pages, that can help keep people up-to-date.
No-one should feel they are alone or struggling at this time so the hub will continue to be there if people need us as a source of support or comfort. No query is too small.
People who require help with tasks such as picking up food and other essentials, should ask friends or family or order online. If they do not have family, friends or neighbours that can help, they can contact the Wiltshire Wellbeing Hub and request help.
Many queries may also be answered at the GOV.UK: Coronavirus (COVID‑19) pages or on our Coronavirus (COVID-19) webpage, where there is a wealth of information on the latest Government advice and restrictions.
