Wiltshire Council is installing Pool-Pods across its leisure centres, making swimming pools more accessible for disabled customers and anyone who may struggle to access swimming independently.

The Birmingham 2022 Queen's Baton Relay is confirmed to visit Devizes during its final journey through England this summer, as the full route is revealed.

This week (9-15 May) is Mental Health Awareness Week and this year's theme is tackling loneliness.

The formal transfer from Wiltshire Council to Cricklade Town Council has been completed

Wiltshire Council has worked with local leisure facility partners Places Leisure, Cricklade and District Community Association and Brian Whitehead Sports Centre Association (Downton Leisure Centre, operated by Gymies Ltd) to apply for support funding from the Government's National Leisure Recovery Fund and have been allocated £865k.

Following government confirmation that Step 2 of the roadmap will proceed, all 20 leisure centres across the county will reopen from Monday 12 April

Wiltshire Council is delighted to confirm that all council-run leisure centres will reopen on 3 December.
