Wiltshire Council social workers have achieved national recognition for their outstanding dedication and commitment to children and families at a prestigious awards ceremony this week.

Wiltshire Council has worked with local childminders and activity providers to create a childcare and activity directory to help parents find childcare during the summer holidays.

Wiltshire Council will be delivering the Government's Holiday Activity and Food programme in Wiltshire this Summer. Funded by the Department of Education, the programme provides children who are eligible for benefits related free school meals with free activity and food provision during school holiday.

The Government has confirmed that step 4 of their roadmap will commence from 19 July
