Wiltshire Council has joined with the Wiltshire Care Partnership to respond to the publication of figures today (21 July) by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) into care home deaths related to COVID.

A new Future Chippenham scheme is being considered by Cabinet at an extraordinary meeting on 21 July 2021 in direct response to feedback received during the recent public consultation on the Future Chippenham distributor road route options.

Wiltshire Council will continue the process to seek a care provider for Furlong Close following the news Hft has withdrawn its earlier decision to close the site.
