As the holy month of Ramadan comes to a close this weekend (Saturday 23 to Sunday 24 May), Wiltshire and Swindon's Local Resilience Forum has issued an open letter to all Muslims in the county, reminding them of the social distancing rules still in place, despite the easing of the lockdown.

Wiltshire Council has provided mental health and resilience webinars to volunteers who have been supporting residents during COVID-19.

Wiltshire Council is increasing its partnership working with Wiltshire Police to conduct roadside checks on people carrying waste in order to disrupt and prosecute fly-tippers. These people are breaking both stay at home government guidance and fly-tipping laws.

A member of Wiltshire Council's Active Health team has enlisted the help of his son to put together a short exercise video to support those individuals who are currently isolating at home.
