Fixed penalty for Royal Wootton Bassett fly-tipper
A man from Lyneham has been fined £400 after CCTV captured him leaving bin liners full of waste next to the recycling bins in Sainsbury's car park, Royal Wootton Bassett. The waste was deposited directly underneath a sign warning people not to fly-tip waste next to recycling bins, and advising them of the consequences of fly-tipping.
