Dorset resident issued with fixed penalty for fly tipping in Wiltshire
Wiltshire Council is continuing its zero-tolerance approach to fly-tipping and has issued a £400 fixed penalty notice (FPN) to a Dorset resident who gave household waste to an unlicenced person to dispose of. The waste was subsequently fly-tipped in Semley, close to the Wiltshire/Dorset border near Shaftsbury.
