To make a planning appeal against a decision the local planning authority have made, please request a form from the team at:

All planning appeals must be made in writing.

Appeals can be submitted against the decisions of the council for the following reasons:
- where permission has been refused
- where the council has failed to give a decision on an application within the statutory time-frame
- where permission has been granted but the applicant is unhappy with the conditions that have been imposed
- a Planning Enforcement Notice has been served
