Pharmaceutical needs assessment 2022
Since April 2013, every Health and Wellbeing Board in England has a legal responsibility to publish and keep up to date a statement of the needs for pharmaceutical services of the population in its area, referred to as a Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA). The Wiltshire PNA is a key tool for identifying what is needed at a local level to support the commissioning intentions for pharmaceutical services and other services that could be delivered by community pharmacies and other providers.
Current Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment
Following a consultation process which took place in summer 2022, the current Wiltshire Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (2022-2025) (PDF) [5MB] (opens new window) was approved and published by the Wiltshire Health and Wellbeing board on 8 September 2022.
