Planning your ceremony
There are many different things to remember when planning your ceremony, it is easy to overlook something in all of the excitement and build up to your special day. Our online ceremony arrangements planner has been created to help you keep track of everything you need to do with us before the big day. From the legal requirements and payment dates through to building and creating your own unique ceremony. The planner can be accessed any time of the day or night, which means you can check progress and send your arrangements to us at a time that is convenient to you.
Registering to use the ceremony arrangements planner
To access the planner you will first need to register an account using the email address that you gave us when you booked your ceremony. If you are unsure of the address you used, or if you have changed and wish to use an alternative email, please contact the team.

You will need your unique booking reference number. This can be found on your ceremony confirmation that we sent you at the time of booking. You will be asked to enter this number and then confirm that the ceremony details as show are correct. Once you do, you will be re-directed to your ceremony home page.
