Support to quit smoking

There are lots of different ways to quit smoking, but the most important thing is finding the right way for you.

Even if you have tried quitting before don't let it put you off trying again, as often a combination of tools and support works best. Most people try quitting several times before they quit for good - you will get there.

Vaping

Vaping is the one of the most popular stop smoking aids and is designed to help adults stop smoking. Vapes should not be used by under 18s or non-smokers.

They are substantially less harmful than smoking in the short to medium term. There are many different types of vape available and you can find out which one might work best for you by talking to a Health Coach.
